  Terrible. Food all over floor. Children at buffet line taking food from buffrtvwith their hands and actually eating it right in line then getting more with hands. Big mess by ice cream machine. I asked about the chicken tenders advertised and was told they are mafe only when asked for. I asked for chicken tenders and never received and never saw them on buffet line. Asked for some chicken breasts to be placed on buffet line 3 different times and never saw any breasts put out. Young children behind counter and in kitchen area. Filled out form asking to be contacted and never happened. A few days later called corporate and was told they would escalate to store owner and area manager and I would be contacted. Several weeks later and no contact. Very dissapointed overall.

  I came here with my husband expecting to have a great experience as we’ve heard great things about this place. They were wrong I had ordered a taco salad and it was like eating a bowl of chips and it was lacking sour cream that came with it and they tried to additionally charge me for it. We will definitely not be coming back to this establishment.

  Food was awful. More than half the games weren’t working. Every table had dirty dishes and employees just standing around. 3 stars because the young lady there was very kind and made chicken tenders for my son.

  Visited the Pizza Ranch in WI and the food was way fresher and the staff way friendlier in WI than in Joliet. I asked for a custom pizza to be made (they encourage you to do that) and instead of making a fresh one they took two pieces off a pizza that was sitting there cold and warmed them up for me and it wasn’t even the type of pizza I had ordered. Comical and disappointing

  First time my family got to know Pizza Ranch was their Lake Delton, WI. location, then the Springfield, IL. location. This restaurant is founded on Good Old Christian Value with a Family Friendly Menu. Now with that added Video Arcade, definitely can attract more young families. This site is close to home, but their layup is a tad compact due to that addition of Video Arcade. Anyways, the Foods are served Hot, and the Staff will call out the fresh additions from the kitchen. Best feature of this chain franchise; you may request a Custom Made Personal Size Pizza at no extra charge. My wife is Lactose-Intolerant, so we have to order her a pizza without cheese, and the order was delicious, according to my wife. This restaurant is great for Family Get Together, and Kiddos Birthdays. I would not recommend this site for business meetings or formal dinning, you shall leave with your pants buckles loosen, Yeehauw!
