  I called and placed a delivery order tonight, which got delivered through Doordash, I ordered a pizza, garlic cheesy bread, and wings. Upon meeting the driver he only gave me wings and the bread. I asked where the pizza was and he acted confused, he had a double delivery so it's possible he gave my pizza to the other person or took it himself. I called the restaurant and they were immediately ready to help sort out the issue and the General Manager herself redelivered my whole order on her way home after the restaurant closed which was greatly appreciated.

  My grandma place order for 9 pizzas, we knew the food good, but once she came in, the lady Michelle was so great, she carried the pizza to the car for her, make sure she got back in the car safe, so huge thank you, for amazing service

  I have to give this location the up most respect, I have a child with behavioral issues, I have not been to any Pizza Hut, in a very long time, few weeks ago we went in to the Shorewood location, just to be greeted by the nicest lady ever, she ask if it’s ok to give my child something, and she handed him a toy, my child was so happy, now we coming to Pizza Hut few times a week, and each time we come in, she so gentle with my child, and she always make sure, our visit better then last,

  Any time I walk in to food establishment and see them cleaning, I know I’m at the right place, My 1sr time in this location, the lady in the front was so friendly, and the food was amazing
