  When I walked in, I was greeted by Michelle. She was so patient with me as I was still trying to figure out what deal I wanted. (I thought they had a 9.99 special for a lg) She helped me figure out that the big box deal was the best value for my money and assured me that I can switch some items at an additional unchanged. Thank you, Michelle for your help and extra laughs! I probably would've spent an extra 10 minutes trying to decide.

  Everything I ordered had an amazing look, but also a phenomenal taste. I think money was well spent here, especially after being received with such kindness that many locations lack these days. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you for all your hard work!

  When I go to restaurants, I always look around, to see if it’s clean, doors, windows, floors, and I must say I was highly impressed, to how clean the place, the lady in the front very friendly, offering plates, food was ready at the promised time, great experience

  If I can give negative 5 stars I would! I ordered for delivery, delivery never showed up. When I tried to call the store back, they ignored my calls. So I called from my husband’s phone and they answered right away, when I asked about my order I was told they were super busy (which they never are) and the order would be there shortly (already over an hour and a half since the order was placed, was told it would be delivered 30-35min). I waited another half hour, no delivery. So my husband called and spoke to the person taking orders and was met with aggression and lies. First they said they didn’t take my order, then they said they did and that the driver was down the street. My husband called them out about lying and the conversation became even more hostile. Needless to say the order was never received, and I had to call my bank to dispute the card charges. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, a bunch of crooks.

  I came in last night in the mist of the tornado and was in panic mode. I was seeking shelter for me and child. Other places denied me if i wasnt buying. I just needed a shelter because the sirens were going off. We went into pizzahut in Shorewood, the lady, such an angel, she recognized i was very stressed, and my child was crying due to we were both afraid out in storm. She right away welcomed us in,offered us water and she gave my child a toy and was very friendly. We finally left. I retuned back today and made an order. The pizza was delicious and thanked her again. I had to post about my experience because other places dont seem to care about your safety. Yes, i placed this in muliple pages about the great service shorewood pizza hut yall rock, the caring attitude toward humane and a big thank you to them and their staff. I didnt get a name but they are awesome. I will never forget them
