  Used the Shorewood location first time. Simple order two sandwiches. One as is the other #4 no mayo, no tomato, add cheese. Got home, no cheese on sandwich. Checked the bill, oh yes, I was charged for the cheese. Called the store... no apologies..asked me what I wanted, replied: please talk to staff and get orders filled right and they hung up. Won't be going back. Essington road location never gets the order wrong.

  Never get order right . First time did not have any tomatoes or bell peppers. Second time no bell peppers. They put jalapeno peppers and apparently they don't carry American cheese. Bread always seems stale
