  Who ever needed to override a transaction was on break and it was...what do we do, go get her? Then no one at the services desk. Some one from the back of the store(not the back of CS) finally came up. Didn't really want to help the guy with purchasing a propane refill. He was like, Fine. I can go somewhere else if you donwant my business. She said NO, but still told him that he didn't have to come to CS to do this. It was argumentative. Then my turn. Got charged wrong. Didn't take off the U Coupon. She wanted my phone. Then told me that they weren't listed as pink lady and I must have chose the wrong coupon. Geez!!! The propane guy said this place has terrible service for 13 years. I will not be back to this location.

  3 stars because this location is struggling with space. I give 1 for the physical store and 5 for employees. So much product and not enough room. Staff and customers were constantly apologizing, some customers were aggrevated and angry because in most areas of the store 2 cannot pass each other. I've never seen such a cluttered store, it made any Dollar General look organized. The staff is helpful, the produce looked fresh and certainly ample. Corporate, you need to consider either expanding or rebuilding!

  Dont come use the pokemon vending machine here they allow employees to take everything out of the machine while on the clock was in line at 930 on friday 6-12 as your employee bought everything in the machine in front of me this is completely unacceptable as a worker shouldn't be able to buy on the clock

  I made a online order of 10 can of Happy Carmel Latte. We love these drinks and they are so hard to find. Thought I'd get some before our move to Florida. We picked them up from the online parking area and didn't check order. Got ba k home to put it in moving truck when a can fell out of bag. When I looked in the bag we had 4 different flavors and not 1 carmel . We had no time to return to store thats about 20-25 minutes from where we live. We had to get to airport and catch flight. I did put in for a refund for the order that was nothing I ordered. They DENIED it. Maybe you need to get workers that can pick properly. Obviously management doesn't care about there shoppers. WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN YOU NEED EMPLOYEE'S WHO CAN READ ENGLISH. IT WAS PRETTY CLEAR NOT 1 CAN SAID CARMEL. SO I PAID $40 FOR A BAG OF TRASH. THE EMPLOYEE WHO PICKED ORDER SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!
