- ACAleksandra CastnerMay 3, 20261.0My oh my. This place is something else! I do NOT recommend coming here. Not only are the employees and manager disrespectful. I have seen an employee crying in the bathroom with how poorly she was getting treated. I had a very early run to do errands and had to bring my children with me. I ordered a small cup of almond milk in a cup for both my children over ice and a coffee for myself. Both my children are severe lactose intolerant. I have ordered almond milk on ice for both my children at Starbucks and other dunkins many of times so I thought it would be OK! The manager and the assistant manager got into a fight RIGHT in front of me on how much they should charge me. I don't care how much they wanted to charge, I just wanted some damn almond milk for my kiddos before a long car ride. Well here I have another early run again, and i do the same thing. Well the manager took it to the owner and we aren't allowed to do this anymore. She claimed it's a Health code violation because it's not at the right temperature? How wild since they put it in our coffee. Crazy and scary. My family, all 5 of us, will be going to to starbucks because we are all lactose intolerant. Especially since Starbucks caters to children with non coffee options. You seriously pay for what you get cheap and I guess unsanitary. I get Starbucks is more expensive but now in my opinion its worth it. I have never seen employees cry in the bathroom nor given me such a hard time about trying to get some damn milk for my children. What a dramatic atmosphere!!!!! "You can order just almond milk at Starbucks, typically by ordering it as a cup of steamed or cold milk.
