  Went to BWW after the Sox game tonight. Worst experience ever. Waited about 5 minutes or so just to be acknowledged or sat. Server came quick, took drink order then left. Came back, ordered food at 11:25, 2 samplers & a wrap. Food came out at midnight. The servers were on the floor complaining about be double sat, a prom table rearranging seating etc. Took the food to go as we'd been there an hour. Tasted awful, the chicken in the wrap was overcooked & wings cold. Won't go back.

  This is a typical Buffalo Wild Wings - so consistent food and you know what you are going to get. The only reason I give 2 stars, is the fact that the manager/lead cook/whom ever, is so freaking loud. In the kitchen area, there is a woman that is screaming (what I assume) are completed order numbers. I kid you not... some examples... "Fifty ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNE", "Seven TEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN". It doesn't matter where you sit in the restaurant, you ALWAYS hear her screaming. It is annoying as all hell. And it seems like it doesn't matter what day it is, she is always there at the evening shift screaming. Please, for the love of all that is holy, find a new system where someone doesn't have to loose their voice and annoy patrons.

  It’s the worst location when it comes to service. The hostess definitely needs to get trained better on customer service. And more importantly have some time or organization when it comes to people arriving and checking in. Tonight we experience the worst treatment from their crew and let’s not start with their so called “manager”. if that was the manager I’m not surprised why their workers had the attitude they did. I will definitely take my business somewhere else and avoid this specific location at all cost.

  Service was atrocious, we waited well past our pick up time for our wings 8:20 and didn’t receive them till 9. The food was cold even after waiting longer than expected. Lastly we were given a rude attitude once finally receiving the order. Very disappointed with the Buffalo wild wings in shorewood.

  ABSOLUTELY FREAKING HORRIBLE. I placed an order online around 9 for my son to pickup because he not to far from the job. Long story short my order wasn't ready I arrived around 10:40 after waiting after not seeing my order and supposedly orders don't sit out for too long which I know is a lie just ordered from here 3 or 4 days ago and didn't my order up right away. I'm beyond pissed and never left a review for this bww or any location because I'm addicted now I requested a refund and have to find something else to eat ugh 4/27/26 smh messed up again like come on now.
