- AAAriff AriffMay 4, 20261.0I visited Baskin Robbins Store #338740 at 955 Brook Forest Ave, Shorewood, IL on 05/03/2026 at around 6:49 PM and had a very disappointing experience. I asked for a Dubai Chocolate Cake, and the employee told me it wasn’t available—even though three were clearly visible in the refrigerator. The cake was labeled $37.99, but they tried to charge $39.99 and insisted the printed “7” was a “9.” This felt dishonest and unprofessional. The service with the sundae was also careless, and I even had to ask for a lid. The shift in‑charge, AJ ( i guess he is Indian guy "Ajay"), handled the situation poorly and added to the frustration. Overall, the customer service and pricing practices were extremely disappointing. Future customers should double‑check prices and receipts. I hope management addresses these issues, and I am considering further steps until an appropriate apology is given.

Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
