My friend and I visited on Thursday, October 1st. What a awesome and pleasant experience! When you walked it it smelled welcoming with all the right spices! The 4 ladies a gentleman greeted us like we were family! The food recommendations made were delicious! We were excited to try our lunch. It had been a while sine I had visited Qudoba. I had read the reviews and frankly didn't want to be disappointed. I say with the highest regards....things are different at the Shiloh Qudoba!! The women working there are rays of sunshine and a wealth of professionalism! We will be back and we want it "spicy"

All I have to say is do better qdoba! I have been an active customer for years, ordering takeout dine in constantly over the past year. I’ve been doing takeout for me and my child. Just to find out today, I go in and order my meal and my child’s meal so I can bring it home to him for dinner and one of the managers tells me that a child has to be present in order to order the kids meal and then I asked when was that put into policy then the mail manager says this was put into place two months ago mind you there is no literature anywhere to be found, it is not displayed on any of the walls when you walk through and then I called the qdoba on the west side and they don’t have any type of policy like that then, once I addressed it and asked to speak to the general manager, he wasn’t in and all three of the managers that were present said they have no reason to lie to me, but it’s mighty strange I was able to do that before and you can literally go online and order a kids meal? Then proceeded to recommend just ordering a regular mini bowl, but that doesn’t come with the kids meal sides very disappointed today. What a “Ludacris” new policy. And the general manger will be hearing from me! Horrible service I will say they were “semi” polite and apologize not making it known but that’s all they could do !

Well… Chipotle Just Got My Money Instead. I went to the QDOBA at 3210 Green Mount Crossing fully prepared to place a LARGE order for my family. I asked for two kids meals for my children who were at home and was told I couldn’t purchase them because the kids weren’t physically standing there with me. Seriously? 😂 Since when does a parent need to bring their children inside a restaurant to prove they exist before being allowed to buy them a kids meal? Parents pick up food for their kids every single day. I wasn’t asking for free food, a discount, or anything special. I was literally trying to PAY for two kids meals. The funniest part is that those two kids meals were only a small portion of what I planned to order. I was about to buy food for the whole family, but instead of arguing over something this ridiculous, I simply left. So now I’m headed to Chipotle in Fairview Heights, where I’ll happily spend the money I was prepared to spend at QDOBA. QDOBA, you may seriously want to reconsider this policy. Losing an entire family-sized order because two children weren’t physically present to receive food that was going home to them anyway is certainly… a business decision. 🤦🏾‍♀️

My husband went today to pick up food after work (carry out) for him, myself and our toddler. They refused to let him order a kids meal because the child was not present, but again this was for carry out so not sure how that makes sense. The staff assisting him went and got a manager (I’m assuming) who came out and yelled at her staff and then told him that if he didn’t like their policies then he could take his business elsewhere and walked off. So management also treats their staff horribly. My husband is nicer than I. I would have turned around and walked out and told them to throw that food in the trash but he still paid for the two adult meals. However, we will never be supporting this business again.
