The last few weeks I've gotten a chicken burrito from here and noticed it was charred, not like reasonably charred, I mean BLACK charred, as in I couldn't finish it because it was disgusting charred. I thought maybe it was a one or two off, but I went in while they were prepping the chicken and the person making it does not know how to use the grill. They were indeed cooking/blackening the chicken beyond recognition, and while I was waiting for my food saw them putting out 3 LARGE fires. Either they're not cleaning/scraping the grill as they're cooking and the burnt bits are catching fire, or they just have no idea what they're doing. This location is already ehh because the employees are usually hanging out in the back and have a blank stare while they're serving you and they almost never have chicken after 4pm, but up until now at least the food was fine. Burnt food is not fine.

I always finish my food with extra room in my tummy because of the half servings. Anytime I see this man (i think) that has pink hair working, i go over to panda express.

Person making my salad asking if that was it after every single thing. Like nah bro, my salad isnt gonna be $11 of only chopped lettuce. Register person be putting everything right in front of him, not saying anything, and just kinda staring at me waiting for me to akwardly reach across the whole counter. Like, both of yall just help me out or something caz Im not allowed to hop behind the counter and make it myself.
