    TopGolf is a great place to visit and have fun with family and friends. We made our reservations online, and the entire check-in process was easy and user-friendly. Once we arrived, the staff was courteous and quickly directed us to our assigned area. We played several games and ordered an appetizer, which was more than enough food for four people. The drinks were good as well. Although the prices are on the higher end, the experience was definitely worth it. Overall, it’s a great place to visit once in a while, and I would definitely recommend it.

    My girlfriend and I came here tonight to celebrate our 100 days together, so we were really hoping for a fun night. The front desk staff were honestly very kind and welcoming, and we appreciated that a lot. Unfortunately, the experience with our server, Ms. Dominika O., left us feeling pretty uncomfortable. Throughout the night, her attitude toward us felt noticeably colder than the way she treated other guests nearby. One thing that really stuck with me happened when we were leaving. I noticed her smiling and telling other customers “have a good night.” When my girlfriend and I walked past, she looked at us, looked down, and turned away without saying anything. It might sound small, but it honestly made us feel unwelcome. I also politely asked if there was an outlet nearby, and she quickly said no. Later, I asked another server nearby, and they kindly pointed one out right away. That moment just added to the feeling that we were being brushed off. The receipt says “Come Again Soon,” which felt a little sad to read by the end of the night. We came here to celebrate something special to us, and instead left feeling hurt and disappointed. I do want to say again that the front desk staff were warm and professional. Sadly, because of this experience with our server, I do not think we will be coming back.

    I had an issue with my reservation, but Hameed went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He handled the situation professionally and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Because of his level of care and attention, I’ll definitely be returning. It’s clear this location is run the right way. Highly recommend coming here if you want great service.

    Good resolution to an issue that still merits 1 star off. While waiting for our tee time, "Garron T" rings me up for a beer bucket and 2 drinks at $169. I ask if that's the right price and he emphatically replies "Yes" so I leave it at that. We later get the rundown on party minimums, namely the $150 spend. I jokingly blurt out that I could have covered that already with the price of my bucket. Rightfully so, my friends and management don't believe me, I show them the authorized amount on my card. Cue "let me go check on that" and we soon find out that Garron has rung me up for THREE buckets (most likely an error from having to remove 86d beers from said bucket). Today the price has been settled for the correct amount. Either way you slice it, I'm surprised the bar staff didn't catch that 2 buckets went unmade, that staff have no idea how to ring in or modify an order, doesn't know what a bucket costs OR would lie to a customer, and still didn't think it would come back to bite. Its either a breakdown in training or careless server attitudes which don't belong in the service industry, coming from a service trainer with 5 years experience.

    Monday around 3:45 PM on the third level. The guy working the corner area was extremely helpful right off the bat. Then the manager walked over and introduced himself like he actually wanted to be there. Both of them were respectful, professional, and made me feel like a real person not just a wallet. Service like that? That is why I do not mind spending my money here. The rest of the staff seemed fine too but those two stood out. They went above and beyond without me having to ask. Thank you for that. I will remember it next time I am looking for a place to hang out.
