  I’ve had a frustrating experience ordering from Port of Peri Peri through DoorDash, twice now. Both times, my order was marked as ready or close to ready, but when I arrived, it wasn’t prepared at all. The staff seemed confused when I asked about my order, and there was no clear communication about delays. It’s really disappointing because this has happened more than once, so it doesn’t feel like a one-off mistake. If you’re going to offer DoorDash pickup, the timing and coordination need to be accurate. Right now, it feels disorganized and like customers’ time isn’t being respected. I hope they improve their order management because this experience has definitely made me hesitant to order again.

  We called few times and no one pick up the phone. When we arrived he was talking on the phone with a friend, no acknowledgment when we came inside. The place smelled like a dirty meat shop. We didn’t order anything because it seemed like a dirty place and smelled bad.

  Ordered chicken today. It was black and brown on the inside, seemed like old chicken was given, the skin was soggy and not crispy. I ordered coleslaw but 2 rice was given instead. When you charge so much for the food, the quality needs to be top notch. Wasted my money. Absolutely disgusting.

  My first visit I got the hummus and pita. VERY good hummus, soft pita. Came back three days later to get the recommended chicken and rice bowl, paneer strips, and chai. This may be my new favorite place for takeout. There are a few chairs and tables to eat here.

  I went with my friend when there was only 1 worker and he was on point with everything. Amazing service , food, and time it took for our food to reach our belly’s.
