  I ordered through doordash, and they took so long to make my order that DoorDash gave me the option to pick my food up and get a refund. When I get there, the person at the counter doesnt make eye contact or speak to me at all. They forgot my ranch.

  Really solid burgers. Price are great too they have promo 4.99 for a burger which tastes better and is more healthy than McDonald’s. Only complain is they will text you 4 hours later saying your order is ready even

  Where to even begin. I am a incredible burger lover. The burger here was mediocre at best. I got the all american double smash something simple and expected to be good right? Well i was wrong aside from the fact the wait time is pretty sad,the food on the other hand is just bland and my burger was smothered in ketchup, absolutely disgusting. The burger size was also very tragic for something well known and the prices here is also sad. Mcdonalds shouldnt be better than any other burger place but they definitely beat this place by alot. Aside from the sad flavors and terrible price, the workers are probably the most uneducated. Not knowing how to count change and give back the proper paper money in all. Im never returning to this establishment and will send my best regards to anyone i cross attempting to try this place. Memorable experience indeed.

  I just want to start off by saying, I feel bad for the lady packing the orders (I assume she’s the manager). As soon as I got there, I immediately noticed that the employees were backed up with the orders. I made myself comfy because I knew it was gonna take a while to get my burger, no biggie. The two employees in the back that were cooking up the food were just standing there waiting to be told what to do by the lady packing the orders. I’d be surprised if they could go to the bathroom themselves without being told to by their manager. Man, just watching the manager stress had me stressing and growing gray hairs. I wanted to just jump over the counter and take matters into my own hands and make sure the people behind me got their orders too (I haven’t gotten to the quality of the burgers yet). The manager stopped packing the orders to help the two people in the back make the burgers and fries. The orders got completed as soon as she took charge in the back. By the time we received our order, me and my friend just went back to the car to eat it. I just know that the two people in the back made our order because it didn’t take long for the lady to give us our order. I open my burger just to find a ranch explosion inside the wrap. They also forgot my avocado. I also got the smash tots and holy guacamole when I tell you that they gave me tots with a side of oil inside the cup, you wouldn’t believe me. I was wondering why my bag was super greasy and that was not a nice way to find out why. The food was very greasy. I feel bad for the manager.

  Save your money! me and my daughter went yesterday and right after we ate we both been sick. The fries were disgusting. Taste like they’ve been sitting on the fryer pan for a very long time. Burgers was so dry. And waited over 30 minutes to get her order. Place was a mess, just walking into the bathroom was an obstacle course. Staff members also not professional I saw someone wearing crocs with no socks on working in the kitchen. Even tho she was the only one to be running the place.
