  Good Night, Today I was taking my kids out for little mermaid play in schumburg high school. has we realized that play does not start until 7 pm so we decided to grab a dinner at qdoba at schumburg location. Has I am placing order for 1 bowl with meal, 3 tortillas on side, and 1 kids meal. Onces it came for payment I paid $26.71. When I got the cheese Quesadilla I asked does this come with juice or not. Lady at cashier responded to me that this is nit kids meal. I told her that I asked for kids meal Quesadilla. Lady at cashier responded to me ok let me refund the money and charge u back for kids meal. I responded ok. Remind you that I only got bowl and meal at this point not my 3 tortillas which I have paid for it. After she refund to money, Lady at cashier told me that it will take few minutes to make the right Quesadilla. I said its fine. When I went back to grab my 3 tortilla by the cashier. Lady at the cashier stated that we only give applesauce, bean, rice and chip not the juice. For moment I am trying to think in past I have gotten juice so why cannot get it now. Within few second, Lady at cashier tells me that take the quesadilla which we have already. I told her its for my 5 year old who cannot eat that big quesadilla, so can I get it from kids meal since it comes with some drinks. Remind you that this order was for 5 year old who would love to have juice with her quesadilla. When I told her that can I get the right order, she throw old quesadilla box on table saying that take what we made. I said to her that order was wrong. She said we are not going to make because I have long line. After that she said take what we made or LEAVE. At this point, I have kid who is hungry. I am still charged for tortilla which she refused to give. I was very upset that she is throwing the food on table and forcing to take what is wrongful made. What if customer is vegetarian then you put meat inside wrongful you would not correct the order. I am very upset that she was rude to me and making like I m stupid by telling me kids meal does not come with juice because it shows on your menu it comes with drink. This is not were story ends, when I asked her to get the right order to me. she tells me to leave the restaurant and saying take what is made. I asked for manager and her name she refund to give it me. When I asked her how can she do that. She calls the cops. Lady cashier refused to give me her name. This lady, had my kids and me leave the restaurant. My kids heard/saw the whole conversation, my kids tells me that mumma we are never going back to Qudoba because that lady was so rude to you. What surprises me that few friends has told me that schumburg location qudoba is so bad at customer service but today I was given truma from this customer services. I am not any low level customers, who does not know how to speak to cashier. I worked has giving customer service for 10 years in my careers. I work has social worker for living. My job is to help people daily. Today, what I witnessed is so brutalizing by your employee to a customer ( my kids and me) good luck if you see growth in your company. Employee that has made us kicked of restaurant because I asked to make correct meals to us because she refused to correct the order. Lastly, She refused to give me my 3 tortillas which I have paid for it. ( Good example of customer service) Most sad thing has mom is that my kids had to witness this. This is the lady refused give me right oder, forces me to take something which I did not order. Thank you,

  Everytime I go there no matter what time of day it is the meat is always cold and looks old and dry. Management needs to get it together and whoever is the owner needs to check in on their employees because obviously Management doesn't care.

  Food taste mid and my slop bowl had basically zero portions. These guys are super skimpy on portions. Better off just eating a burger guys stop giving these guys money.

  We walked in and were kindly greeted by Juan. We told him it was our first time and he guided us very patiently through the food line. He shared the specials and even recommended his favorite types of meats. The experience was great and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back!! We thanked him but Please let Juan know we appreciate him.

  Drove 30 min to get qdoba as i love it.. Had to walk right on out as the gentlemen working the line didn't have a hat or anything like a hair net to protect hair from getting into food. Basic food safety violation. From one manager to another. Should know better
