  I ordered a carryout pizza the other day and had the worst experience. When I arrived, I had to extra time for my order only to find out the staff handed my order to another customer. They initially tried to act like I placed my order at another store but I showed them my receipt and they said I would have to another 7 mins. I actually ended up having to wait another 35 mins. I tried to ask for an update on when my order would be ready and they wouldn't even acknowlege me standing there. Another customer walked in and they had no problem helping them but still ignored me. Finally, I got my pizza and as soon as I got home I discovered hair on my pizza and it was the completely wrong order. I contacted the manager and he was unprofessional and rude over the phone. He refused to give me a refund and said "I don't recall that happening". I tried contacting corporate and they said there was no district managers for me to reach out to. Doing some research, everey francise has a district manager so corporate was not helpful. All I wanted was a refund and instead I was met with the GM's uproffesionalism and apathy. I will never order from this store again amd I would recommend no one else does either.

  I odered 2 stuff crushed pizza at 8:30 Meantime I called their store 2 time because I was waiting so long . They said Doordash is on the way. Then I'm waiting again. My kids they was excited for pizza. Then till 10:15 I called back. They said they not place oder yet . It's still on their system. I dont know how you can run your bussiness like this? I'm your loyalty customers for many years. I ordered every 2 week for my kids. Even I got a few time bad experience. I'm still don't mind about that. But this time I'm very disappointed.

  This place is solid. For the money I’m beginning to like it more than dominos. The bone in wings are absolutely horrendous. Please get a fryer, no one enjoys rubbery baked wings. Pizza and boneless are good though.

  For me, this location is my go-to spot for a quick bite when I get off work late at night. The service is always super fast, my order is ready in 15 minutes or less and they are always very friendly.
