  Terrible service. Slow. Got my order wrong. Told me my driver would head to me first and they went to two other stops instead. Long live Little Caesars and Pizza Hut. They never do me wrong like this. Signed, a mom who wanted to treat their mini to a pizza night and ended up serving peanut butter and jelly sandwiches instead.

  Very disappointed with the service at Papa John’s. We ordered pizza for our guests, but they delivered the wrong pizza. We had to wait another 45 minutes for the correct order, and our guests were left waiting with no pizza. This was extremely frustrating and embarrassing, especially since we had invited people over and planned our evening around the food. Mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. We expected much better service.

  On August 13th at 12:26 AM, I had a bad experience at this Papa John's branch. The employee working that shift was very rude to my cousin and me; we left the place feeling very upset. We had really wanted to eat a pizza, but that person's attitude let us down. I hope something is done about this—this kind of thing cannot keep happening. We understand it isn't an easy job, but you should never be rude to customers.

  A wonderful employee was working this week! The pizza was delicious, the service was fast, and everything was excellent. Thank you so much—we’re very satisfied!

  Staff were just standing there when multiple orders were supposed to already have been made. I waited here for over 25 minutes while orders that were ordered after mine were being sold before my order was even ready. Please get more staff in here the service is terrible
