  EXTREMELY horrible experience! Owner, Salomon Diaz REFUSED us service because we had a service dog!! Unbelievable. Obviously, they'll be hearing from our attorney!!

  Ill never go back. Owner wore super dirty polo shirt. So gross! Brown bread I was served was ancient. I sent it back. 2nd one was great. Coconut shrimp were so under cooked. Soft in the weirdest way. Sent those back.Ones they brought in return were the same. Owner/ manager didnt charge me. Took them home thought if I put them in the microwave they would cook. They didnt. I threw them away. By the time my filet came my stomach was in a knot and I was nervous about the quality of food I would be served. Surprisingly steak, baked potato and salad were really good. Ive eaten the best meals EVER at Outback since they first come on the scene. I wont go to this location again. I was the only customer. What a shame! Went there to celebrate my birthday!!! Frustrating!!!!

  The restaurant looks nice and clean, we were seated fast, and then we waited 30 min for someone to take our drink order, walked up to someone that appeared to be a manager who stormed off and never came back. The food was good, but one of the steaks was overcooked. We waited for to-go boxes for over 15 minutes, so I walked up to get my own, another employee apologized when I told them who my server was. The waitress never came back. For $130 it wasn’t worth it. Everyone makes mistakes, but this experience got to the point of being ridiculous Outback is usually consistent and good, this was awful.

  Terrible service! The girl was not able to handle 3 tables & I was in one of them. She was gossiping around with a coworker for a couple of minutes, It would be nice "what can I get u to drink?" Ater getting those 2 tables, Just to show i interest but I was left to the last person, I was almost moving tables. I told her light ice & told her twice and she still got me my drink full of ice. I was hungry otherwise I would of left !

  One of our family favorite restaurant. There is only one thing. Cannot stand the smell in the restroom.... plus what going on with broken wall there? And strange mirror inside toilet cabinet?
