    This is my favorite Jimmy John's location. I order a pretty modified unwich every time, and it's always delicious. Looking forward to many more fantastic sandwiches!

    Terrible customer service people are very rude especially Mary that claims to be the store manager. Highly doubt she’s being truthful. They’re very slow and do not communicate about your order. And if you do. You get no communication whatsoever. Do not go there

    Made an order online and arrived when the app said it was ready (25 minutes later) and they did not have it ready and blamed it on the bread still needing 5 minutes. Not sure why it should take over 30 minutes, but I ended up just canceling my order. Pretty disappointing
