The lady that arrived after my order wasn’t as nice. Took my sandwich aggressively and the other guy explained my orders. I wouldn’t order from her.

I called to ask about the wrap and the team member stated that I could have a refund to the rewards or they would send a new sandwich. I do not have a rewards so the only option was to get a new sandwich- it never arrived. Called the next day. The manager apologized, but would not refund my card. She said I had to go to the store to get my money back. I do not have time, so they said they would send a driver with the refund. I am still waiting three hours later for it....

Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were insufferable when I made a simple request for a receipt for my catering order. They were on a power trip and lied to me that they can’t provide a receipt, kept me waiting, and ended up giving me the receipt after the power trip wore off.
