I never seen such a lazy and rude employee… so lazy that to blow the simple balloon it’s too difficult for her.. very rude and unprofessional.. if you don’t like your job there, then go work in Taco Bell..

- VBVashayla BradleyApr 20, 20261.0Horrible customer service at the self check out. I scan two of the exact same items that we’re supposed to be 2.99. One of them rang up as 6.99 for some reason. I asked the staff member at customer service why this was. She said she doesn’t know, that’s the price and walks away before I can ask anything else. So I have to call her back over and tell her to remove the one that ring up at 6:99 and she removes the 2.99 one and walks away. So then I have to wait for someone else to come over and remove the correct one and rescan the one she removed. Again, these items were the exact same thing. Same cereal numbers on the barcode same size same everything. The staff member made no attempt to investigate or just use common sense to see that the items were the exact same. I wanted both of them, but I was just over the whole situation, so only left with one. As much money as I spend here this really left a sour taste in my mouth, will be looking for another store to frequent.
