  Just bought from there. When I went in no one greeting me. So I went straight to the bathroom because I had placed my order online. When I got out no one paid attention or even ask if I was going to order. And I knew they were making my order because I was the only one inside, so I just waited. The manager was on her phone and really didn’t care that her employees didn’t notice customers because as I was waiting another family came in and no one said anything to them so they left. Place was filthy dirty! Not sure why they can’t keep it clean if no one was inside. The girl that made my bowl was probably the only professional one. She noticed that the bag where my food was in was halfway ripped and she grab a new bag and apologized. Even though it wasn't her fault. Her co-worker who made the food was careless and super lazy.

  We walked in before closing but can tell staff had already cleaned to be ready to leave. I went to order a bowl and was told they were no longer serving bowls for the rest of the night. I see no notice of bowls having a cutoff time. Staff should not be basically cleaned up enough to DENY service DURING business hours.

  Everything was decent, only that the bathroom had a bad smell. It maybe 1 time or idk but I went in and it smelled

  Nasty!!!! Female Touching her hair, refrigerator door, and other surfaces, then grabbed a hand full of freshly cut banana slices to put in my açaí bowl. I immediately asked her to stop making it and to provide a refund. They act like no one knew how to process a refund.

  The orders came out fine but the service was terrible. The poor girl at the register looked like she was miserable and they wouldn't make the smoothie bowl I asked for thats listed online (that I have ordered before). Then instead of handing the order over the partition near where we were seated, the girl said that our order was ready at the counter... so I got up to get it, which is not a big deal but it was her tone. Thumbs down for both employees.
