Pizza was decent. We ordered a build your own deep dish with chicken sausage. The service was also great overall. Our waiter even brought us our togo box when we forgot it at the table, which I really do appreciate. My main gripe is that they do not let you make any substitutions. We wanted to get the Chicago classic and swap out the pork sausage for chicken sausage. After asking the manager if it's possibly, the manager refused. This is not at all friendly to dietary restrictions. I was happy to pay a bit more for them to just swap out the meat, but they absolutely refused. There's no logistical problem here in the kitchen, and I'm not expecting them to add extra toppings for free. All they said is, "it's in the system that way, and we can't change it". The waiter did his best. Really this is a managerial issue. Hopefully they update this policy in the future.

Everything was great, except for that I ordered a take home pizza that was supposed to be for my vegetarian daughter (a margherita pizza) but when we got home 4+ hours later found it was a meat pizza. So disappointing.

Tried Giordano's for the first time and got their famous deep dish pizza. It was definitely an experience - huge, cheesy, and very filling. Quality wise it's good, you can tell they do deep dish properly. Personally though, deep dish just isn't for me. It's too heavy and too much cheese and sauce for my taste. I think I prefer a regular thin crust. Might be amazing for deep dish lovers, but I don't think I'll try it again. Glad I tried it once, just not my style.

We enjoyed a nice dinner here. One of us had the 6inch deep dish cheese pizza with pepperoni and spinach, very good. The other had the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and broccoli, also very good. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the 60's music and chatting with people. The service was a little off and our dishes came about 5 minutes apart. This was annoying, they should have waited and brought both at the same time. They were busy, but that's not an excuse.

I was given a gift card from the CEO Nick Scarpino himself, my family and I visited this location today expecting the same great pizza and service we received from the N rush street in Chicago. When we walked in it was dead and the host asked if my daughter would like a kids menu but nothing to color with (“we ran out of crayons”) but did not even offer a pen so she could draw or play the games. Our waitress Kim H. (I believe) was quick to take our food and drink order but failed to remind us that the stuffed pizza takes about a hour to cook, we knew that but I believe they should always remind their patrons. I finish my drink and she came to asked if I would like another beverage and after about 15 mins I had to ask someone else about my drink. My wife and daughter walked around the restaurant looking lost looking for the restroom and not one employee asked if they needed assistance at this time there were maybe 5 to 7 tables seated. Our waitress helped a 8 top 3 times before coming over to us for a refill or asking how this were.now to the food, the mozzarella triangles appetizer were good but the dipping sauce lacked flavor same as the pizza it’s self. Next time we are up in the Chicagoland area we will be doing the extra driving to N. Rush Street.
