  Will start by saying I was able to get a full refund on this delivery since it was delivered to the wrong address but man was the night time manager condescending. Instead of taking responsibility for a drivers mistake he proceeded to make it sound like this delivery issue was somehow my fault. The apartment complex has separate buildings/addresses but same numbering schemes for said addresses (1234 st Apt 102, 1244 st apt 102; for example) my delivery was dropped off at the correct apt # but at the wrong address and this delivery wasn’t marked as a no contact order so they should’ve knocked on the door and confirmed. Called the restaurant and the manager explained that the picture provided was the right apt # so that had to be my apartment. Instead of even potentially owning up to the possibility his drivers made a mistake he started to blame me that I should’ve left some sort of note in the special instructions section for this delivery. But here John, I believe his name was, I’ll manage for you so something like this doesn’t happen to another customer and you don’t have to blame the customer. 1. Ask your drivers to confirm the address using a different GPS map (Apple Maps, Google Maps) if the complex is confusing or they have an issue locating the address. 2. Have your delivery drivers contact the customer or the store to contact the customer if they’re struggling to locate an apartment so they don’t just leave an order at a random door with the same number. Phone numbers are included in an order for this exact reason. Probably won’t be ordering from this location again so nice one John.

  I had a wonderful experience at Giordano's of Schaumburg tonight! The food was perfect and I am very picky about pizza. It was done exactly as I requested. The manager, Colleen, was attentive, personable, professional, and made sure my experience was perfect. My waiter, Jose, was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and even offered suggestions when I was undecided. The place had a great positive vibe and was super clean. I really loved how the staff was all smiling and working together as a team. I love coming to Giordano's when I am in town. I live in Tampa and there is no good pizza there. But tonight was even better than usual. Thank you, I will be back!

  Went in on May 5th and the service was slow and awful. We walked in, it took about 5 minutes to even be approached (even as dozens of servers and workers ran around frantically). When we were finally approached and brought to a table, we weren't even given a menu. After waiting about 15 minutes, we were never approached or greeted or anything. The servers seemed more concerned with chatting it up with other tables while we waited, without drinks or a menu!! Also wanted to point out that the table next to us had their drink order taken and their drinks still hadn't been brought out when we left 15 minutes later. Not a single table even had their food around us, no idea how this place even has a single good review.

  We dined in on cinco de mayo and this place was extremely packed! We put our number on a waiting list and were able to sit at the bar 30 minutes later. We ordered a thin crust pizza and they were just to busy to get it to us. The bartender Sarah was so nice as was the manager Colette and the young man hosting. But we were not able to eat that night. The manager gave us a credit so we were able to come back the next night and enjoy the pizza we so love. This is what happens though when you have irresponsible staff that call in or just don’t show up at all. They did they’re best with the cards they were dealt that night and we really appreciate the hospitality from the ones that were present!

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I’d give Giordano’s a solid 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The deep dish pizza was absolutely unreal—perfectly baked, rich, cheesy, and loaded with flavor in every bite. You can tell it’s made with care and quality ingredients. Definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. What really made the experience stand out was our server, Jose. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect without being overbearing. His recommendations were spot on, and he made us feel genuinely taken care of. Between the incredible food and top-tier service, this was easily a highlight of our trip. I’ll be thinking about this pizza for a long time.
