  The food is very good. I ordered the deep dish stuffed meat on meat pizza with Alfredo sauce. Yes for myself whole pizza. 😋

  We visited Giordano's for the first time because we were craving deep-dish pizza. We love deep dish but usually end up going to other places, so we decided it was finally time to give Giordano's a try. Right away, we loved the atmosphere. The brick interior and warm lighting made it feel cozy and inviting, and the service was very friendly throughout our visit. We started with the chicken bites, which were a great appetize: crispy, flavorful, and a good way to start the meal. For our main course, we ordered the deep-dish pepperoni pizza, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The crust was buttery, the cheese was perfectly gooey, and the pepperoni had great flavor. I think it could have used just a little more sauce, but that's a small critique because the pizza was still absolutely delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful first experience and can definitely see why Giordano's is so popular. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're craving deep dish!

  Our server, Kim H., provided a level of service that fell well below what I would expect from a restaurant like Giordano’s. After being seated, it took an unreasonable amount of time just to receive waters, and our drinks didn’t arrive until roughly 30 minutes later. We then waited well over an hour for our food with absolutely no updates. I finally had to stop Kim and ask where our food was because no one had checked on us. She didn’t enter our food into the system so our order was never put in. Instead of offering a sincere apology or proactively explaining the situation, she casually told us there had been an issue entering our order into the system and that it never processed, then shrugged it off by saying she’d just remove it from the bill. The dismissive attitude was honestly more frustrating than the mistake itself. Everyone makes errors, but acting as though customers should simply accept over an hour of waiting without communication is unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was overhearing Kim complaining about our table to another group of customers. Speaking negatively about guests within earshot is incredibly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the restaurant. If you’re frustrated with a situation, venting to other paying customers is never appropriate. The one bright spot was that the manager handled the situation professionally. They were apologetic, understanding, and did what they could to make things right, and I genuinely appreciate their efforts. Unfortunately, the manager’s professionalism couldn’t undo an experience that had already been soured by poor service and an attitude that suggested our time simply didn’t matter.

  I stopped in after a long flight and was in a pretty bad mood, but Dana and Nate completely turned my day around. They provided outstanding customer service, were friendly, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help made all the difference. Thank you both for such an amazing experience!
