I waited over 30 minutes to order, and saw 10+ people waiting at pickup during peak hours. The staff work incredibly hard and deserve a raise for how well they handle the rush. Love this place!

- HHHBTAug 27, 20263.0I got a gift card, so it was finally time to redeem it. I ordered the combo meal and upgraded to a double patty with cheese. I was honestly shocked when the total came out to almost $20 just for myself. The kitchen staff was efficient. The cook overheard my order and immediately put the two patties on the flat top grill, so my food came out pretty quickly. One thing I really like is that the burger is customizable, with plenty of toppings to choose from. I didn’t go crazy, I just got mayo, pickles, grilled onions, mushrooms, and jalapeños. When I received my meal, I also found out that Cajun fries were available at no extra charge. I wish the cashier had suggested that option, but it’s okay. The burger was good, and I really enjoyed their hand-cut fries. That said, I still think the overall value is overpriced. Spending $20 for one meal is a lot, and I can’t imagine bringing my whole family here it could easily cost me a whole paycheck! That’s honestly one of the main reasons I don’t come here very often. There are plenty of other burger joints that offer similar quality for a much more reasonable price.
