Besides the bagels being absolutely delicious. The service is great and super fast !!! Staff members (Kevin & Jasmine) are truly amazing. They are very friendly and always have great recommendations on there menu. Will def be a customer at this schaumburg location forever.
I tried to order a hat. The system was not working. I walk in the store. The door is locked. The sign is closed.(
This is 7:30 Am) Walk around the building and the side door and I started talking to Jasmine in the employee and told them about my experience. She said I don’t care. I asked if I could have the phone number to the corporate office Employee Jasmine give me one finger salute and out of my store , I’m not servicing you.
I asked for area manager to return my call. They have not yet returned my call.
I’m not sure where is the customer service anymore?

I ordered a half dozen gourmet bagel box through the Einstein Bros app, reached the store, and still had to stand in line for 20 minutes just to pick up my order. When I finally got home and opened the box, every single bagel was plain instead of the gourmet assortment I paid for. Completely unacceptable.
To make things worse, there’s no proper support option in the app to fix the issue. I tried calling the store multiple times and nobody picked up. Now my only option is to drive all the way back again because of their mistake. Terrible customer service and a huge waste of time.

Placed an online order 30 mins in advance, as I'm heading to the hospital. On a tight time frame. I get there and go to the shelf, its 10:05. My order isn't there.
So I waited. All 4 staff had their backs to the customers, no greeting or how can I help you. After 5 more minutes, I get someones attention, and they hadn't even started my order. They didn't even know what I ordered. So after another 5 mins...I got what was left of the bagels, even though I paid for the "gourmet" ones
Disappointed in customer service and professionalism.

I will never come back to this location. First thing is customer service is horrible. You can’t let your customers know that you’ll be with him or that if you’re busy or doing something to just let them know. They had seven people waiting in line for over Over 10 minutes, people walking out because no one will say anything or getting helped. They were too busy doing all the Uber orders and pick up orders and not hearing about the people that come in there, the workers there are very rude. Don’t acknowledge anybody the tone of voice, and then, when I said something from my sandwich, toasted cheese, toasted bread, the brisket was cold. there is more than four people working, not sure why you can’t have someone just attend to us in to say he will be with you in a second or give us a second worst place ever never will come back. The only reason they get Services where they’re located because no one coming back customer service and food quality
