- WQW Q6 days ago1.0Horrible experience. Just go somewhere else Every time I go, some of their staff members are extremely rude, not happy and super miserable. They are just ruin it, I brought my daughter and this lady behind the counter gave me soo much attitude that my 9 yr old said why is she acting this way. I tired to keep it positive but when I came home, the donuts were just horrible and poor quality and old. Change the name of this location to Miserable Donuts, owner should just close shop and someone independent owner should come in

The speaker announced that the store when it was closed when it was not. The girl at the speaker was extremely rude, didn’t answer questions that we asked, and said there was no way to fix the speaker. When i got to the window she was still extremely rude and didn’t give me the sugar i asked for. When she came back i asked for the sugar and she walk straight away again so i had to honk my horn to ask for a stir stick which she said you don’t have. Come to find out she gave us the wrong change and shorted us $10.
