  BEWARE! Do not take drinks unless you see them making it! The clerks do not have common sense when it comes to food health or customer service! I ordered ahead when I got there there were a bunch of voided drinks on the counter and everyI ne seemed annoyed, so I already had a bad feeling. My drink was finally done after 6 minuets. I watched them hand it to another customer without confirming if it was theres. At this time, I didn't know that was mine because it wasn't even what I ordered. But here I still waited for my drink. A few minutes got by and the customer comes back in and says this wasn't here drink and hands it back to the clerks. There are three of them back there watching mind you. And the clerk apologized and put the drink back on the pickup shelf!!! I looked at it and saw it was mine! Horrified I brought it up to the clerk thar it is a health hazard to serve food that has left the building. And also the drink was wrong. He and another clerk then argued with me about the drink. They first tried to correct the mistake by dumping a little of the tainted drink and added whipped cream to it. I said, no you cannot serve that drink to anyone, you have to dump it and make a new one. It is a health hazard. They did not understand. For 10 more minutes I was arguing with them about this damn drink. Finally they make a new one, still not good, but at least no one drank from this one... During the argument the second clerk kept asking me if I wanted a sandwich, she didn't say it was free, but I think that was her way of trying to make up for the mistake. I refused the sandwich, I just wanted to leave. Because in the end, the person who put the tainted drink back on the pickup shelf said to me " here is a new drink, but I don't understand why you didn't take the other one." So lesson not learned on their part. And I will not be coming back.

  This is crazy i just took an ice cream from them and there was a hair in it, it was so deep in too pls dont trust them with anything

  I just had one of the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experiences I’ve seen in a long time at this Dunkin’ / Baskin-Robbins location. We walked in as a group of seven, ready to order both ice cream and coffee. Instead of being helped in any kind of reasonable order, we were blatantly skipped multiple times, at least four, while staff continued serving other customers who came in after us. When we tried to get their attention, we were told to “please hold on,” even though we had already been waiting while others were repeatedly helped ahead of us. What made this situation even more uncomfortable was the clear pattern we observed. It felt like we were being ignored in favor of other customers, and that is not something anyone should have to question or experience when simply trying to place an order. Only after we finally spoke up more firmly did they decide to help us, which should never be necessary just to receive basic service. This was not just poor service, it was completely unacceptable. No one should feel overlooked, dismissed, or treated differently when walking into a business. It left a terrible impression, and frankly, it’s shocking to encounter something like this today. Management should take a hard look at what’s going on here. This location seriously needs better training, accountability, and respect for all customers. One star, and I won’t be coming back.

  My bagel and coffee are made to my taste. They don’t have a drive thru, but the walkin service is great.
