- HHhannahAug 22, 20261.0I was in line behind a man today. The man in front of me were claiming how his breakfast sandwhich was made incorrectly. At first, the man was nice and polite about it. But the older lady at the front counter was arguing back and forth with them, being disrespectful. Of course the man got frustrated with the lady because the lady said in order to make it right, the man will have to bring back their incorrectly made sandwhich which I find weird because I used to work in a fast food place and we were never allowed to take customer’s food back no matter the circumstances. Anyway, the gentleman in front of me explained how his house was 10 minutes away, and he thinks it would be ridiculous to drive all the way back just for them to get their sandwhich made correctly. the lady at the front counter was very unprofessional and disrespectful and continued to argue with them. she seems like the type of person not able to admit her wrongs because my lord she would not let them get their food. the poor man in front of my finally got the lady to give them the correct order. they definitely lost a few customers today because after seeing how the older lady handled that, i will never come back.

We ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants and 1 bacon egg and cheese bagel. We got 3 bacon egg and cheese croissants. We didn’t notice until we arrived back at home. We went back and the older lady in the front refused my boyfriend our new sandwich because we didn’t bring back the incorrect food item. The older lady started arguing with my boyfriend in front of customers saying she can’t get us our food because we didn’t bring back the wrong food item. We were not trying to drive all the way back home to get the wrong food item. As someone who works in customer service, you should not take food back from a customer regardless if it’s messed up or not. After going back and forth for 10 minutes she finally lets us have our sandwich. To have an old lady bark at my boyfriend over a sandwich is ridiculous. Never coming back oh and neither is the customer standing behind us as he was saying this was bullcrap!
