From the moment I pulled up, the employee was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in providing even basic customer service. Instead of a friendly greeting, I was met with a cold and irritated “Can I help you?” that immediately set the tone for the interaction. Things only got worse at the window. The drinks were handed to me carelessly, causing them to spill, and the employee somehow managed to drop the straws in the process. Before I could even ask for replacement straws or address the spilled drinks, she slammed the window shut and walked away. I was left sitting there wondering if the interaction was actually over. Customer service is a huge part of any business, and this was one of the most unprofessional drive-thru experiences I’ve had. I understand everyone has bad days, but there is no excuse for treating customers with such disrespect. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.
