  Reservations made a month in advance were canceled due to a larger group party. I will never book or recommend dave and busters. I hope they can make it on their larger groups. They should have space for zero stars

  Our server steve was friendly and tentative! Food and drinks were spot on. Able to watch game i wanted with 20 other options during commercial break. The general manager Jillian saw i had 4 crazy boys and helped us get set up for their play for perfect amount of time. Max stars for this location would 100% recommend!

  had a terrible experience at this dave and busters. i have visited this establishment several times before, but i never plan on returning after this visit. i visited august 15th, 2026 at approximately 10 pm. i was here with my sister and her boyfriend. there were several games we wanted to play, but atleast 90% of the games we PAID for were faulty in some way. i have included videos below of both the cyberpunk game they have and the playbox game that were not working, despite us having paid for it. the playbox game was not dropping the balls for us to throw at the screen to play the game, so we had to find a ball on the floor so we could use the credits we already swiped to play the game. after we had spent our credits trying to find games that worked, we were highly disappointed, so we searched for an employee on the second level. this was at around 11pm. after searching for about 10 minutes, we went downstairs to speak to the woman who was at the front desk. she asked us “do you just want someone to listen to you complain” when we voiced our concerns about the bad experience we had with the games. we were shocked but didn’t want to make a scene so we planned to leave but returned a few minutes later to ask if we could speak to the manager. when we spoke to the manager, we asked if there was any way we could receive some kind of compensation for our bad experience. i would like to emphasize that we didn’t demand compensation, we just wanted to know what our options were. the manager constantly asked if we had asked a game tech at the time we noticed the games weren’t working. it seemed as though they were blaming us for not talking to a game tech, when there was no employees around the gaming area to even talk to. additionally, she continued to interrupt us when we were trying to explain which games weren’t working and how they weren’t working. eventually she asked us how many credits we lost to the games that didn’t work and we said probably 100% of the credits. we had paid for 210 credits but ended up receiving 130 credits. we are not unreasonable people nor are we disrespectful. i also don’t ever write reviews, let alone bad ones. but we never received an apology for the bad experience, and instead received terrible customer service from both the front staff and manager. when we come to an establishment, we are under the assumption that everything there is working and can be used. and it wasn’t just one game, it was most of the games we played that night.

  Super fun experience celebrating a co-worker's promotion and subsequent move out of state! An awesome time had by all enjoying the games. I'm coming back to win a Funko Pop ASAP. It seemed a tad understaffed, but what can you expect in this recent economy. Not much service required, unless you're planning on sitting down to eat. Overall 9/10! Thank you, Michael, for being a great server!!!

  Fun place but severely understaffed. This place could lose half of their customers by the snap of a finger and they would still not have enough people to serve their customers properly. Whenever we go, we always have a blast but if you want to have a nice drink or god forbid sit down for a meal, be prepared to wait 20 minutes for a glass of water or just to be able to close the tab. One overwhelmed bartender for 10-15 people sitting at the bar, while they are the ones making cocktails for the tables is not okay, however we look at it. I get it, there are busy days, someone could be out sick etc but please prepare for rainy weekends with enough people to keep your customers happy. It will also be a lot more fair to your employees who’re probably suffering from getting low tips because no one wants to spend 20 minutes trying to make eye contact…
