- BBbcuts133 days ago3.0I like this Dairy Queen overall, but there’s one recurring issue that keeps happening with the M&M Blizzard. An M&M Blizzard is supposed to come with chocolate sauce by default, but the last three times I ordered through the app for pickup, it was made without the chocolate sauce. When I order in person and mention it, the employees will add it, so it seems like many people at this location may not realize it’s included automatically. The app also makes this confusing because the only options are to “remove” chocolate sauce or “add” it for an extra charge, even though it should already be part of the Blizzard. Not a huge issue in the grand scheme of things, but after it happened three times in a row, I figured it was worth mentioning so hopefully it can get corrected going forward.

He made a single appearance and then disappeared without a word and without taking any orders. No explanation whatsoever. There was a family who payed and waited for way longer, probably closer to 20-30 minutes.

We showed the boy at the counter the coupon and he would not take it. Then we called Clipps and had the representative talk to him. He still refused. Very arrogant young man, very bad service.
