  Two visits in, haven't been a fan of either time. While the food itself is good, the first time had me waiting 25 minutes for a digital order, second time had me genuinely wondering if my food had been stolen as this store doesn't want to use the mobile order counter. Ice was also out on the machine, and the soft drink as a result was warm. Flooding the zone with extra locations (there is one in the mall, too) does not necessarily equate to better quality. On the contrary, I think the Chipotle on Roselle/Golf still runs their ship the best. Please, management, take a look at this Chipotle and ensure operational best practices are followed.

  Ordered on the app 20 minutes ahead. I came in knowing they were busy, so I didn’t mind waiting a few extra minutes. But there were 4 other people waiting for mobile pickup, and there wasn’t a single order on the pickup counter. After about 10 minutes, one person finally cut in line to ask where her food was. The employee brought it from the drive-thru area, even though none of us ordered drive-thru pickup. She asked if we were supposed to cut the line to get our food, and he just said, “Yes.” We all had to interrupt the line just to get our orders. If you’re going to offer mobile pickup, at least use the pickup counter or let people know they need to ask. Spent my whole lunch waiting for food (it wasn’t even good today)

  Worst experience ever. Witnessed manager being very rude to an employee on the line saying while rolling a burrito “does it look like I can help you? Use your head”. Proceeded to tell me to move on when he came to help because they didn’t have chicken. Didn’t say how long until more was available to move. Worst customer service I have ever received from someone in charge…. Shouldn’t you be setting an example on how to treat customers? If this was who you promoted to manager this location will only get worse.

  This location is the messiest and has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The tables full of trash. The trash cans overfilled and bags of trash being taken out and set next to it instead of thrown out. The trays of protein and toppings spilled and not clean overall. Then the workers would stand there and look at you while you’re clearly waiting to get served. Would not recommend.
