Unfortunately, this is now the second time I’ve gotten home and found that several toppings were missing. This time, they left out up to 5 toppings and basically only gave me chicken, little cheese and lettuce. I understand that mistakes can happen, but having this happen twice is really disappointing, especially when I’m ordering the same thing regularly.

I ordered two burrito bowls and look what they gave me…… The manager, general manager and regional manager of this chipotle are stealing from the paying customers by giving out portions in this size. I paid full price for these bowls and of course when I contacted chipotle it’s impossible to get a refund. This is such a ridiculous experience I will be filing complaint with attorney general, BBB, and any other consumer agencies I can think of. This is blatant fraud.

Instead, the staff **couldn’t even find my order and took about 15 minutes to locate it, which wasted almost my entire break. The person helping me was also extremely rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even more frustrating. When I finally received my food, the portion size was disappointing and definitely not worth what I paid. By the time everything was sorted out, I didn’t even have enough of my break left to properly eat. And when I eventually ate the food, it was honestly one of the worst Chipotle meals I’ve ever had. Poor customer service, poor portions, wasted time, and disappointing food. Definitely not coming back to this location. 0/5 if I could give it.
