Every single time I’ve gone past 4pm they’re missing half of the available menu and often refuse to make food. They’ve actively told us they’re closing at 8:30 when they’re supposed to be open till 10. It takes 30+ minutes every single mobile order because if you watch them, they just ignore them. It’s a bunch of high schoolers who have no idea what they’re doing, and are just allowed to do whatever. Multiple Chipotle’s within driving distance, they’re all marginally better

Nice looking girl in front of me asked the guy making her bowl for a little more chicken he gave her plenty atleast a double portion, I asked for a little more chicken as well, following suit. I got less and he yelled out while I was getting ready to pay, he got double they charged me for double. Also the pinto beans in my burrito were a bit to aldente for me they actually crunched. I'm always happy to pay for a double portion if I get it. If I was 20 and hot and a girl, I wouldn't have to pay either. But I'm not, so I got less and paid more. People are paying attention, and after reading the reviews there are a lot of issues here. Chipotle management understand your menu has a protein count next to servings and double servings. That number goes with a specific serving amount, if you're not training your people how to portion, go heavy. I can feed four people at los tapatios burritos down the street for the price of one or two at Chipotle who's upcharging for everything. I bet Qdoba starts to steal your market share. I won't be stopping here out of convenience any more. Kudos for your market share, your customers are paying for your excessive ad space and as a franchise your training is as I started this review, Laughable.

I might as well have flushed $50 down the drain. The Chicken bowl, was MOSTLY RICE... I had to literally dig to find chicken. The bowl itself had guacamole smeared all over the base of the bowl. The steak quesadilla barely had any meat. My order arrived with NO Fork... and the temperature of the food was lukewarm... and I live 3 minutes away. NEVER AGAIN!!
