The place is consistently dirty and messy, but this time it felt even worse—food everywhere, unclean counters, and nothing looking properly maintained. Service was a complete mess. Even though there were only like 5 people in line, it felt chaotic and disorganized like they couldn’t handle anything. No rush, no pressure, nothing—and it still fell apart. The food was bad too. The chips were stale, the vinaigrette tasted off compared to other locations, and the whole meal just felt low quality. And on top of that, I ordered vegan food and there was literally a piece of beef mixed into it, which is completely unacceptable and shows zero attention to what they’re doing. Avoid the Woodfield location. There are way better Chipotle spots that actually care about cleanliness, accuracy, and basic service.

They then took an extra 15 min getting my meal out and it was only a kids quesadilla. Terrible service

Vents above the serving line are black and covered in dust(that could fall into the food), both the sign above the serving line and on the side of the store are also covered in dirt/dust. Also there is some white stuff coming out of the side of the soda machine. I remember when chipotles held themselves to a higher standard. I guess they forgot about this location.
