  I came here late at night with a hungry stomach, expecting a good meal, but left disappointed. The Big Bird, which is supposed to be one of ChiTea’s signature sandwiches, had almost no flavor. It was bland and didn’t live up to the hype at all. The Beef Loaded Fries were also disappointing and not very enjoyable.

  I usually go to the lombard location, but i was in the area so i stop by with my family to get food. For some reason the cashier had bad attitude. I wont be giving business to this location anymore.

  We're from out of town and the doors were open at 10:55pm, we walked in and the employees told us they were closed and put everything away, even though their hours of operation are until 11pm. They were sitting on their phones the whole time. I understand we came in right before closing but to see the employees just killing time when they could have just made one drink for us was disappointing. We came here at 11:15am the following morning when the restaurant opens at 11am. We were waiting outside and an employee came out to tell us they don't open until 12pm, despite their hours of operation being listed on the door for opening at 11am and the open sign being lit up. This restaurant does not honor their written hours of operation that they have posted on their door. They also don't answer their phone. Not sure if the owner is aware of the inconsistent and inaccurate hours of operation but this is quite frustrating and it makes your business looks really bad. What kind of business are you running? We took our business elsewhere to Umbrella Tea House and they were really good!
