  Let me share my carry out experience along with the presentation and quality of food. I ordered curbside and included a 15% tip, which I wish I could get back (along with the entire cost of this meal). My order was ready while I sat outside for 10 minutes before I went in - I asked the hostess and she handed it to me and said with a very unapologetic attitude, "I was busy answering the phone". That's fine, then let the person sitting outside KNOW versus sitting waiting while the food sits to get cold. The food was cold, but even if it wasn't, it wasn't edible. I ordered the Butterfish with scallops and the tuna sashimi. I fish was tasted so fishy, along with bones. The tuna was edible but thrown into the carry out with lettuce that appeared to have been dumped previously or came off someone else's plate. This is not what you would expect from this restaurant. Maybe the food is better if you eat in. I would highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

  Met up with friends for dinner. Ordered drinks & appetizer. We each ordered something different for dinner. All was good. Our server was fantastic! Her name was Dorene M. She was friendly and polite, all food & drinks arrived promptly. When something tasted off it was quickly gone and replaced. That item was removed from the bill. We will definitely be returning again & again!

  Manager looks like a slob with his shirt just about untucked and not because he it working hard and hustling. Wife saw him eating in BOH then walking out, mouth full without washing his hands. Asked for kid menu during reservation - none given. Noted we had an infant - no sling provided and an employee kicked my son's carrier with him in it and made no attempt to check on him or apologize. Manager was indignant about my wife placing the sling, when she went and got it herself, in the aisle. For a fish/seafood restaurant, the fish was terrible. I couldn't even finish. My sister's steak was so incredibly smokey she couldn't finish it either... Our server was overwhelmed so I understand her forgetting some things. Didn't ask for concessions or anything because I find that in bad taste. However, this was quite honestly one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. For a moderately pricey restaurant, this was a major disappointment. 2 stars only because of the nice server. 1 star for everything else. This was my first time here. Will not be back.

  The pineapple glazed shrimp was absolutely delicious! My only complaint was regarding my service. I don’t know if it’s because I was solo dining that this happened, but after paying, my server comes back demanding to charge my card again because the receipt wasn’t showing her tip, despite seeing me tap 20%. I showed her my charge notification & then she sat with me trying to do the math….

  Unfortunately the "premium sides" are completely frozen. Even to the extent of being freezerburnt, not just for transport. The main entree itself was alright, not a "WOW, I'M COMING BACK FOR THIS" but it didn't taste frozen, so there's that. The atmosphere in bonefish is beautiful and almost intimate, it is really well done, and the service was very good. Not too much to disruption, not too little to being ignored, just great.
