I’ve gone there 3 seperate times to pick up two quarts of chocolate chip ice cream and all three time they were out. They offered to packed it for me from their open container in the scooper freezer. I got home and tasted it and it had freezer burn and tasted like it was at least a year old. It’s too bad because I would always go there for my coffee and donuts. They just lost my business forever.

Nope. AGAIN, NO graham cracker chunks! And both times I asked if they could "PLEASE aim for the graham cracker pieces because there wasn't a single one in my last 2 ice creams" (obviously I knows they aren't going to dig through the tub... I was looking at the tub and there was a big cluster of them right there at the top. So I was just asking if she could possibly start there.) She didn't acknowledge me and, of course, scooped from the other side of the tub where there werent any graham chunks. 🤦🏼♀️ Soooo 3/3 times 👎🏼

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
