    I've lost $160+ on an online lunch order that was scheduled for pick up for a business meeting. The owner opened the restaurant late and did not have my order ready. He gave me a verbal promise that he will refund me. My office reached out to follow numerous times over the last two months by phone, email, and website submission and there was no response from the owner at all. I am saddened of the owner's poor business practice. Their food was very authentic.

    STORE CLOSED DURING HOURS OF OPERATIONS! WEBSITE TOOK MY MONEY! Went to go pick-up our food at the store at 7:28pm when the text message said it would be done AND THE STORE WAS CLOSED! No one was there! The store was dark. The door was locked! And there was no sign on the door! Their door hours showed they were *supposed* to be open 11 AM–10 PM today! Google says so, too, AND their website! THE SAME HOURS! They should DISABLE online orders if they're NOT there BECAUSE IT TOOK MY MONEY AND I RECEIVED NOTHING! I WANT A REFUND! Have a sign outside your door stating that you're closed and when you'll be open again! That's what the business I worked for did when we were closed to the public and same for another restaurant I go too when it's closed during it's usual hours! Instead I'm standing outside your door wasting my time wondering if you're open or not! We usually love the food here... except when they run out of the meat we like and have to call us to substitute! I will be calling to place an order from now on, and if they don't answer and it goes to their voice mail that's full, we won't eat here! We are DEFINITELY looking for another mediterranean place after this fiasco! Especially after reading the reviews that they were closed a week ago and a month ago, too DURING THEIR HOURS AGAIN!

    This is the third time they cancel delivery order without telling anyone and now they don’t answer the phone which is ridiculous and not refunding the money, I hope they do. Very unprofessional behaviour on the part of this restaurant, very sad and disappointing. They keep claiming emergency for closure the first times , now they don’t even answer the phone .
