  Servers are great. Food is terrible. Cold, dry wings the last several times I’ve been to this place.

  If I could give negative stars, I would. I went there to eat and watch the Lakers and OKC game.WeI got seated, and the waitress, Jess, started out cool. It did take a second for her to come and greet us and get our drink orders. The place was sorta busy, so that’s understandable. She took our order because we already knew what we wanted. She told us about bottomless appetizers. We added fried pickles. She put our order in, and that was the last time we saw her. We sat for 45 minutes waiting for the appetizers (hatch queso, fried pickles, and side salad). I knew the wings would take a few. 45 minutes go by, still no one checks on us, but Jess is checking on other tables. She checked on a table that was diagonal right from us. She goes back to that table with a pitcher of water, fills cups, and walks right past our table without saying a word. At that moment, I’m over it. We get up and leave. I walk outside and turn back around because I felt it was only right to let them know to cancel the order. I find Jess and let her know to cancel the order. She tells me, “I kinda figured.” No apology, no nothing. The woman could care less that a table she was waiting on got up and left. Horrible service, we were seated in booth 99

  I have eaten here before and it was ok. But tonight was very frustrating. We get there and stand for several minutes waiting for the host to even get to the stand. When someone does finally come and ask us how many he says five minutes, he just needed to clean some booths. At least fifteen minutes had gone by and he was working on sending out carry out orders and even taking carry out orders but at no point was there any mention of tables even in the works.

  Can’t believe people rate 5 starts to this restaurant. The boneless wings were so dry and tasted like overcooked. Wings were even worse… we ordered the honey garlic but it tasted sour and nasty. Waste money and time.
