Realmente fue una mala experiencia. It's a place with poor attention and education... I spent more than five minutes waiting to be attended to, I got out of my car and got in... when they finally approached, there was neither a greeting nor sorry! It was really a bad experience.

After receiving my order and beverage. I realized they threw in 5 chocolate munchkins that my children don’t like chocolate I asked and she responded that’s all we had so why would you tell me yes at the speaker but when I arrive at the window with vehicles behind me waiting advise me you didn’t have all 10 glazed that you ran out. I spent my money request all munchkins be glazed. The worst experience ever mind you I was more concerned about my beverage because after I advised the young lady I wanted a pink pineapple LEMONADE refresher she then tells me with green tea I then repeat no I want a pink pineapple LEMONADE refresher and then responses yes with green tea I’m like am I missing something where in my request did I say green tea I am clearly saying lemonade. This has been the absolute worst group of employee at this Dunkin’ Donuts location.
