- GRGene Reed6 days ago1.0Ordered 2 sausage wraps. They gave me American cheese on both even though I have an allergy to it. I paid extra for White Cheddar on both. They put no sauce on either of the sandwiches even though I paid extra for it. Hash-brown’s were barely cooked and had no salt. Wouldn’t recommend for anything besides coffee

No one working there has any idea how the online system works and is completely incapable of doing anything to resolve issues that arise from their aforementioned incompetence. Placed an online order, arrived at the store for pickup and it wasn’t there. That’s not their problem though. That’s yours. Because…they say so. You are then instructed to get a refund by calling corporate. Incredible stuff.

They close at 7p we got there at 6:30p. I live across the lot so there was no need to drive we walked there. When I seen the lobby closed I walked up to the window with my daughter and asked how are we supposed to place an order. She said to go to the drive through speaker. We walked around to the speaker and when I said hello no one answered. It was embarassing, I then walked back up to the window and no one was there anymore. We waited at the window for about 10 minutes when the employee answered the window she was hesistant to even open the window. I asked her could I please place an order. She then ssked me several questions as if she was deciding on if she wanted to take me and my 3 year old daughter order or not. She had no remorse or cutomer service and said “What do you want? because im lowkey out of dough.” After that very ignorant interation she told me she could open the lobby for us and we need to leave immidiatley after we order. At that time I was super pissed off from the miscommunicaion and back and forth games and playing hide and seek hiding from customer to avoid taking orders. I told her it was okay to forget about it and grabbed my daughter and we left. After she seen us standing outside for 10 minutes after telling us she coulf take our order I expected her to be a little bit nicer about taking our order. Very Humiliating.

I asked for a sugar free iced vanilla coffee with Splenda on the side but the drink I received was a regular vanilla iced coffee. Fortunately there is another location just a couple minutes west of this one that has much friendlier service and always gets it right!
