  Bad customer service, lady was very scrounge about sauce and had a bad attitude, plus very over priced… very disappointed in the interaction and definitely will not be returning!!!!!

  Had a pizza delivery- driver dumped the pizza on the ground outside and left. Be aware of this if wondering where your delivery is.

  I ordered a pizza for takeout and went to pick it up an hour later. They informed me that they didn’t have my pizza, so I left and called them. They apologized and said they would make my pizza. I requested that they deliver it to me tomorrow since it was late. They agreed, so I called them again today a few minutes ago. However, they refused to give me my pizza or a refund. This is outrageous and their customer service is terrible. I strongly advise against ordering from them.

  I order from here all the time it tends to be something is always wrong with the food or missing items when I called directly to the store and to speak with the manager and say they are going to put everything in and it never happens don't waste spending $40 on food...I ordered a 15-piece boneless buffalo wing and there is hardly any sauce on it manager claims that I have to bring the product in to the store so they can see it for themselves... I guess you have to treat Papa John's like McDonald's and check your food before the delivery driver pulls off..smh
