  The owner of this franchise clearly doesn’t like giving promotions for coupons, it will say you have coupons to use but can’t use them at the rushville location only Beardstown and I’m sorry but if you want more people to come in maybe you should offer the same promotions as the subways around you because no one is paying $15 for a sandwich when it’s not even $15 great.

  I had a great experience, been eating here every single time I ever want Subway. But when I went two night ago from when I'm writing this, (I had forgotten to write a review then) it was 12 minutes before closing and yet, the staff was so kind! The food was delicious, and I highly recommend the Italian Herb and Cheese bread. I lady making my sandwich was very polite and patient, she even made a bit of small talk! Made it seem like she wanted to be here, and made food for the customers, not because she had to. Amazing service, would give 20 stars if I could, highly recommend if you are craving a nice sandwich.

  Nothing like cold chicken that obviously didn't get grilled before put on sandwich on what what was supposed to be toasted bread but very clearly spent maybe a second or two Max in the toaster. Counted 4 onions on one half of my sandwich. This place is a joke over 15 bucks for a piece of trash sandwich. I do not blame the girl on the phone she at least tried but the very unhelpful manager should probably work on training employees better.
