  Always love the ice cream here. Customer service is always great. Just one little remark today. . . . my quart of ice cream was pretty empty (see pics below).

  bacon is always cold and burnt, how do you burn bacon, wait for it to get cold, and serve it with a smile.? they’ve messed up my orders countless times, at this point i just make the drive to the other nearest dunkin, because no matter what i ask them, they find a way to screw it up.

  Ordered online 2 drinks, 3 donuts, a sandwich with hashbrowns, and some munchkins. They gave us one drink and the sandwich with hashbrowns. We processed to sit there for 20 minutes watching them do other peoples orders. I went up to the counter and the lady there looked confused and didn’t seem to realize I didn’t have the rest of my order. My drink was sitting on the other counter where I couldn’t see which I get, but they didn’t tell me it was there so it got cold. They handed me the first part of the order so I assumed the rest would have followed like that. They hadn’t even put our donuts in a bag until we started complaining, and the ladies there started speaking Spanish like we couldn’t understand them (we could), and then tried telling us that we should have known and when we asked why they’re putting our donuts in a bag 20 minutes after the rest of our order and were serving other people, the response we got was “But I’m doing it now.” They proceeded to forget one of our donuts and forget the munchkins as well. Will not be going back here the experience was disrespectful and unacceptable.

  Here at 9:05 The sign on the door says lobby does not close until 930 Sam won’t let me in. Sam locked the doors. Sam said they already closed. They’re cleaning. Why are they doing that so early when the sign says the lobby is open until 930?
