  I’ve never cried over $14.02 before. Why is your pizza of the month a pepperoni pizza. It is literally the most common pizza. There are 5 pizzas and 4 desert pies. How are you known for pizza and have less pizza than a regular restaurant. Every other plate somehow had food crustys on it. Also the pizza crust tastes like dish water. The only thing good here is there Pepsi zero. Their customer service is good and that’s about it.

  Terrible experience. I went for their weekly "wing night," but after waiting in line for 10 minutes to pay with only two people ahead of me because the cashier had to step away a couple of times (I saw only one other person working), there were no wings out on the buffet. I asked about it and was told they would fry some ( it was 7 p.m. and not crowded). 20 minutes later there were some wings and then the pasta was empty. Two suggestions: label the various pizzas, so it's easy to know what's on them, and don't clear my silverware and soft drinks while I'm back up at the buffet to see if they brought out wings.

  I dont usually leave reviews but this was ridiculous. I ordered a pizza, and it took 50 minutes. It was not busy. And the reason why it took so long is because it was SITTING. On the shelf. It finished in like 20 minutes and I went up when I saw it on a shelf and a worker told me to wait so I went back and sat. Because I thought it wasn't mine. After seeing the workers just doing nothing. I finally got curious because I waited 30 extra minutes. And it happened to be my pizza. Sat for no reason, not as fresh, wasted my time. And when he gave it to me he said it just finished so he lied to my face. And no compensation. Terrible service. Need to be more attentive.

  Seriously will never go back the price was not worth it very disappointed in the quality of food the Salad was not good, the pizza looked horrible and old the food on a buffet should be fresh and not old and cold there were no dessert no spoons the service was not good asked if they were going to bring out more pasta I was told I dont know for the amount of people coming in the restaurant the food should be coming out left and right

  It had been a while since I had eaten at Pizza Ranch, but I have always been a fan of the chain. We had the lunch buffet on a weekday. The chicken was good as always(fried and strips). The Pizza was also good. Even though it was busy, there was plenty of pizza for all. Some of the sides(lettuce, pasta salad) were almost empty when I went through, but they were likely replenished shortly after. The best part was that they accommodated a gluten free, dairy free member of our group with a custom pizza and it is now his favorite gluten free, no-cheese pizza. Of course the deserts were good, and never depleted(sometimes an issue at other locations). A gluten and dairy free desert option would be a welcome addition. And then the kids had a blast in the fun zone with token/ticket style games.
