  Getting food here shouldn't feel like an inconvenience to the staff. Every time I visit the drive-thru, there is zero greeting—no "Hi," no "Good morning," nothing. Just a cold "Go ahead" or "Go on with your order." It’s rude, unprofessional, and makes for a terrible customer experience. Basic manners shouldn't be too much to ask for.

  Ordered delivery for the first time and already missing a big mack from my order. I called and they told me that I am going to have to pick it up if I want it. There is a reason why I ordered delivery. So I can't get my burger that I paid for. The guy who made the delivery is Philip

  Terrible McDonald’s. This is my local McDonald’s and every time I go There is an issue with my order and or problems with the worker not understanding anything one time I ordered a four piece McNugget and got one slice of watermelon with Taheen on it. Do not go here.

  This McDonald’s is the worst I’ve ever been in and ordered from, the service is slow when you do mobile pick up. They will forget all about you until you go inside and ask for your food, it has happened twice already, then when you go inside they don’t even know what your talking about and ask for the order id number and ask you if it’s the right location you ordered from. This is ridiculous as I’m literally going inside to pick up my order that was supposed to be brought outside which defeats the purpose of mobile pick up because if I won’t go inside they will have me waiting for over 7 minutes. Yesterday night I got a meal through drive thru let me tell you that the fries I got were mixed with OLD COLD FRIES AND FRESH FRIES, who does this at a fast food place specially McDonald’s. They thought I wouldn’t notice but you can clearly taste the difference most were soggy and cold and some were hot of the frier so that was nice for the money I spent at this location. I will escalate this as this is not acceptable.

  I went through the drive through with my fiancé to get a later dinner and we both ordered a Quarter Pounder. Mine was to be with everything no cheese, and his was only ketchup and cheese. After getting home with the food, I went to check my burger to see if there was no cheese. To my surprise there was indentation of someone’s nail’s and cheese marks. As if someone tried to pull off the cheese that was previously on the burger, so that the lazy worker can serve that now new “Hamburger” as mine. Unfortunately it gets worse! They took that cheese from my burger and scraped it onto my fiancé burger! He now had 3 slices and cheese and I was so baffled as how someone thinks this is okay?! What if someone had an allergy and genuinely couldn’t have cheese?? I’ve worked in many restaurants and fast food places, including I’ve had my food and handling license for years and this goes against basic principle of safety and sanitation for customers.
