They didn’t make my order until I arrived and people who walked in got their order before me. They had had more than enough staff to prepare food behind the counter as well. One I received my food, I took a bite, and there was barely, if any, steak in my burrito that I paid $15.00 for. I opened up the burrito and confirmed there was one or two pieces of burrito. Save your money and go elsewhere. This isn’t the first time as well. Just the first time I had to leave a review to save the next victim.

The only thing that I've noticed when I come at this location is the chips. They are always unbelievably stale. It seriously tastes like it's 2 days old at the least. It doesn't even have a crunch and I'm just trying to rip it with my teeth. Just throw them away, it's not hard to make some fresh ones in the morning.
- BMBea MasonJun 9, 20261.0i am so disappointed. my burrito was under filled, when i asked for more she glared at me and barely gave me half a spoonful. additionally the chips we got were not salted , the bag was 1/4 filled and im pretty sure i found a hair in my burrito bowl. very upset given that i had chipotle in glenview just the other day and it was phenomenal i dont know what round beach lake is doing but it is not the standard of quality i have come to know and love from chipotle :(
