  In the past, I wasn't much of a fan of this Chipotle. However, today was great. Shoutout to the latina with the glasses who take care of me & my partner. The portions were finally to my liking, and the quality was on point. Coming back again!

  I was going to spare them the embarrassment of this review, but corporate just responded with platitudes. First of all, there was a used food prep glove on the floor that at least two employees walked past, and every table was dirty despite the restaurant being nearly empty. The person at the start of the line was rushed and sloppy and wasn't wearing a beard net. They ran out of white rice and then brown rice within a span of five minutes. The guacamole was brown with dark brown fibers throughout. But it was the cashier who really nailed the experience. She was downright nasty when we checked out. When my husband told her that they were out of the berry agua fresca, she just stared at him and said nothing then muttered something to the person next to her when his back was turned. This was my favorite place for years. We've even ordered catering from them a few times. I don't know that I'll give them another chance.

  They dont open when advertised even when theres a line out the door. Once people were let it still took 15 minutes for the first order to even get taken. Don't bother if your in a hury.

  Wow...never had such a hard time getting what is expected in an order. Portions were half scoops of protein, when asked for the appropriate amount the server kept insisting it would then be a double order of protein. Never had problems at other locations
