    I’m at a loss of words with this place. For some reason we keep returning, though we continue to say we won’t. I believe we will have to remember this last visit. It was going on 50 minutes and I decided to walk to the front, where the server was pulling the food to serve. I asked him if it was fresh or had it been sitting- he said it had just came out. So we walked back to the table and he served it. Luke warm/cold. I asked him to microwave it. He said he would make it fresh. I told him we don’t have all night. He returns the food about 10 minutes later and said it was made fresh. The wings looked like they were just thrown in the microwave, not tossed in sauce again after. They were also out of multiple beers that were said to be on tap. The bathrooms smell terrible. Overall, a very poor experience. I thought maybe a slight discount on the bill. But not even that. This will be our last visit.

    It took 40 minutes to get our drinks and our food took 1 hour to serve and when I got our food I took a bit of the celery and it was rotten. I looked at the rest of my celery and found it was rotten as well. This was frustrating. Then I looked at my sons, my wife’s and my daughter’s and their celery was rotten. We had two friends with us and their celery was rotten. 5 separate dishes of rotten celery. I asked for a manager as this was not acceptable. She said that a lot of their food is coming from the vendor bad and it hard to find the good food among all the bad stuff. I asked what she was going to do and she said that she would bring more celery. I told her that after 5 trays of bad celery I was not going to try more and with all the issues going on with produce right now they should not be serving vegetables that are not pristine let alone rotten. She said she was trained that all she can do is give the corporate number and nothing else. I will be call corporate and the health department as they should be close after serving rotten food. Sinks in the bathroom were backing up and the garbage was over flowing as well. It was a disgusting visit and to pay over $120 for a meal I didn’t even want to eat after this. Don’t go to this store.

    Wait time is outrageous then when the food finally is ready for pickup it’s been sitting so long it’s stale and nasty and they are always missing items. Awful. Since this happens every single time, I felt it was time to leave a review. Yes we called the manager as well but after waiting on hold for 20 minutes they hung up when asking for a manager. Do better. But we won’t be back for sure lol

    I’m honestly disappointed with the pickup service at Buffalo Wild Wing in Round Lake. Almost every time I place an order for pickup, I arrive at the time I’m told it will be ready, only to end up waiting an additional 10–15 minutes. If the food isn’t going to be ready at the quoted time, the pickup time should be adjusted accordingly. I understand things get busy, but consistently having to wait after being told my order is ready is frustrating and makes the pickup option feel pointless.

    It’s been a long time since I went to Buffalo Wild Wings which I really loved . This time around it was a very poor experience . We ordered 20 wings during happy hour . The waitress brought only 14 without saying anything , no celery or carrots , no plates or paper boxes either . Happy hour drinks which were supposed to be $6 ( strawberry margaritas ) were charged $9 , no idea why …. Overall prices are too high for food which used to be affordable . No waiters available , had to wait long time .
