  I went there to meet some friends for lunch. I wasn’t very hungry so I had food leftover and got a takeout box . When I left I forgot the food, but returned about ten minutes later to get it. Unfortunately the food had already been disposed of, so the server, Michelle, talked to the manager and to my surprise, they cooked up another order of the food I had left. Great customer service! The only reason for not giving four stars is because of the loud modern pop music I had to endure during the lunch. Not everybody is in their 20’s.

  After being out and about all day yesterday, I stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings in Round Lake Beach to pick up dinner to go. I decided to sit at the bar to order so I could have a beer while waiting. I sat there for a good 5-10 minutes waiting for the bartender to get to me while he and his co-worker joked around. He finally “noticed” me and asked how I was doing. I told him I’d be doing better if I had a beer in my hand. His demeanor immediately changed. It got very cold in my corner of the bar. So I proceed to order my to go and a beer and he never looks my way again until it’s time to cash out. In the meantime, he and his co-worker are again joking around and talking smack about a female co-worker. I could hear every word! That is so disrespectful! And in front of a customer? Cone on guys! Do better! Anyway, not the point of this post. So I get my food, finish my beer and go home. Imagine my surprise when my hatch green chile smash burger had only the bottom bun, no hatch green chiles, onions, aioli sauce and only 2 pepper rings. You guys really missed the mark! All the way around.

  Stood at the desk for 10+ minutes before even being spoken to, sat immediately, ordered and then waited an eternity for the food to show up. The quality of the food has nosedived over the years to the point of being unacceptable. Picture of the "large" potatoes wedges and everything served on nasty oven trays. The TV volume was SO loud it was unbearable and impossible to converse with someone sitting next to you. Would not be surprised if this is the next restaurant chain to close.

  The bartender Michelle was terrible again. She isn’t friendly and the drinks she made were not good at all. Waste of money. Our server Robby was very excellent, great customer service and very friendly. The food was good except the bottomless appetizers were terrible. The Hatch queso dip was cold and the mozzarella sticks were not hot they were warm. Overall disappointed by everything except for our server.
