  I've been coming here since they opened and the drinks are always consistent, lines move quickly. But yesterday I had such a good experience with alex. He was so incredibly sweet and charming. I slhung back for a bit just to chat. Give this man a raise, his customer service skills are banging!

  Had our drinks made incorrectly and staff were so understanding and kind! Especially appreciate Billy! He personally made them after speaking with us to see that they were made correct! He was understanding, professional, and kind! Thank you Round Lake 7brew for excellent service and yummy drinks!!

  I showed up at 10:55 and the staff were whispering inside the cubicle about how they were annoyed that I was there and they were saying nose goes as to who has to take my order. They then come outside. I say I’m sorry for showing up late, which I shouldn’t even have to say because they’re at work and the girl seems annoyed and then proceeds to tell us that they they’re out of half of the things and they already shut off all the machines that we’re supposed to be still up and running. I’m very annoyed because this is not how this service should be. Their motto is too kindness, but instead, I felt the opposite tonight And I

  My group ordered 4 drinks. One of the drinks was a surprise fizz and they emphasized no coconut, when we got the drinks it was almost purely coconut. We also ordered 2 dog treats, also made sure to say no whip cream. When we got the treats they had whip cream, we told the kid working that it makes the dogs sick so they can't have it. His solution was to take them out and put them in a new cup, not even wiping them off or getting new ones. The kid seemed super lost even asking if a random drink was ours.

  Absolute game-changer for drive-thru drinks! ​I stopped by 7 Brew for the very first time today, and I am officially hooked. The service was insanely fast and super friendly, but the drinks completely stole the show. ​I ordered two frozen smoothies to try out the variety: ​The Peach, Banana, Pineapple, and Strawberry smoothie: Perfectly blended, incredibly refreshing, and bursting with fresh fruit flavor without tasting artificial. ​The Piña Colada, Orange, Strawberry, and Pineapple smoothie: A tropical masterpiece! It has the ultimate sweet-and-tangy balance that instantly makes you feel like you're sitting on a beach.​ Both textures were smooth as silk—no icy chunks, just pure, creamy perfection. If this is what a first impression is like, I’ll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Highly, highly recommend!
