  Great coffee but its a mixer bag on service, the order takes wants a tip after doing literally bare minimum sometimes, if you get someone who cares its great.

  “Victor deadass the best employee at 7 Brew and somehow still got the best customer service too 😭 bro be making the drinks fast, talking all smooth, remembering people’s orders, and keeping the energy good every time. Like idk how one person can make a drive thru experience that enjoyable but he do. Lowkey catch myself hoping he the one working when I pull up. 7 Brew better never lose him fr. He da goat🤞🙏

  Pulled up to 7 Brew just wanting a drink, but Victor was working and lowkey made the whole experience 10x better. His energy is actually unmatched. He’s super chill, funny, and somehow makes ordering feel like you’ve known him forever. Customer service? Elite. he’s actually paying attention, not just going through the motions. He asked me about my day and was nothing but kind. Drink was fire too, but I’m not even gonna lie, this was a 10/10 experience but his performance with taking my order made this whole 30 min trip an 11/10.   While I appreciate the service provided by 7 Brew, I encountered an unsatisfactory experience recently. As I was waiting in line for my order, I observed two vehicles ahead of me and three vehicles behind me. When it was my turn to be served, the individual taking orders directed me to proceed around the back of the line. Despite informing him that I had been waiting in this line for approximately ten minutes, he persisted in instructing me to move around. I attempted to reason with him, suggesting that if he had the vehicle in front of me, he could proceed to the next line, allowing me to follow behind. However, he continued to insist that I move around. To avoid a confrontation, I decided to leave the establishment. Nevertheless, I waited to see if he would inform the other vehicles to move around as well, but he did not, allowing them to proceed. This situation is highly unfair, as it permits other vehicles to enter while I am required to move around unnecessarily. If the establishment intends to direct traffic in a specific direction, it should implement measures such as cones or designated traffic control personnel to ensure an orderly flow of vehicles and minimize wasted time.
