One truck in front of us and we waited 10 minutes, and no napkins in the bag! The Portillo's that have a sit down restaurant and a drive thru like in Schaumburg are much more faster!!

Edit to provide more specific feedback: nothing negative about the experience was anything Portillo’s corporate wouldn’t already know by doing basic due diligence. Extremely late with the order. Objectively worse quality food than every other Portillo’s location. Understaffed by half. If this is the first Portillo’s experience someone has after arriving at ORD, it’s unlikely they will ever visit another.
