  The staff is about as nice as a bucket of iced water on your face at 5am after a hangover. DO NOT make a reservation here if you have any intention of eating after 8pm, and more specifically be aware that you will be able to make a reservation for 9pm, which is the time the kitchen closes, which makes no sense at all since how on earth are you going to have dinner if the kitchen is closed. Rather, go to Gibsons Steakhouse which is very close and has WAY better service.

  Avoid getting a reservation here after 8pm if you’re coming from Ohare Airport in Chicago, as they will probably shut the door in your face and tell you that the kitchen is closed. Additionally, keep in mind that they will allow you to reserve a table at 9pm, which is the time they close the kitchen, which makes no sense at all since you wouldn’t be able to eat anyways. Don’t waste your time there, go to Gibsons Steakhouse which is very close and has WAY better service.

  平日にカジュアルにカウンター使いて、利用しました。 予約は要らない感じでした。 目的のリブアイは、ミディアムレアでお願いしたのですがほぼ、ウェルダンでした。 閉店時間が早いので、早めのお食事で。

  I ordered the Ribeye medium rare. The steak came out medium well, more hard and dry than I thought. I was expecting a soft medium rare juicy ribeye (that’s why I ordered a Ribeye), but that’s not what came out. The other person at my table ordered a NY strip, and it looked like it came out rare (and looked a lot more juicy & softer). So they may have messed up the order. The environment was a little too dark for me. Besides that, the service was great and the sides were got were amazing. I should’ve probably asked more details about the steak before ordering. If I were to go again I wouldn’t get the Ribeye, I’d maybe try the NY strip or Filet.
