  Great hotel, especially if you're here for Anime convention. This hotel is right across the street from the venue for the convention

  I'm surprised their rating is so high. With no one in the drive thru line but me, I was asked to move forward to a spot and they'll bring my food out in a minute. I listened and moved, then waited over 5 minutes for my food. Others cars came to the drive thru lane and got their food before me and left. Today when I was asked to move, I said no since there is no one behind me. The worker was a bit confused. However, 30 seconds later my food was ready and given to me. So if it's ready in 30 seconds, why am I asked to move and wait 5 minutes? Then when I get my "wrap", I open it to find a taco instead. Don't know how to wrap a wrap? Don't get me started with the burgers. A 5 year old can stack items better than the staff at this location. My double cheese burger is only a double in the middle of the burger while half the patty sticks out of the burger. Horrible from the top down. This is a location where management really needs to be micro managed to make sure the quality of service is where it needs to be.

  The gentleman you have on shift now working window is a class act. Very friendly and respectful. However, the female (assumingly the shift supervisor) needs education on how to speak with employees. Whether she got the order wrong at drive thru or he was mistaken reading the order before giving, she doesn't need to speak to him that way or with an attitude like a toddler. When order is taken doesn't show on screen or even automated by order?? This was simply a drink order and I'm sure he didn't get the size wrong as it could have been my error not waiting for the main screen to show order when she took so long to input just 2 drinks or mention to him when received. I just wasn't thinking this earlier. Please inform him he does his job well and is personable and address the behavior of his counter part. Nobody deserves a hostile work environment while providing good customer service.

  Daniel, the manager, was there and incredibly helpful when I made a mistake with my order. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and courteous throughout my visit. My food came out quickly, and it was hot and fresh. I also noticed how well-organized everything was—the team had prepared personal containers with condiments, extra utensils, and straws to save time and make things easier for customers. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. The restaurant itself was very clean, both inside and outside. Even though it was somewhat busy, the employees handled everything smoothly, managing guests while keeping the space tidy. This was honestly one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve had. The crew was consistently kind and professional, and it really made my day during a busy week. I came in just expecting a burger, but I left with a genuinely positive experience. Highly recommend!
