  Mother’s Day at evening we came here for first time. obviously they were not that busy since I made a reservation in open table while they parked my car. They seem short of staff big time. I had 6 different workers coming to my table. Short story I ended up food poisoning, after 48 hours my daughter too. I called and obviously They know something is wrong but like always if they ignore me it will go away. Well I am letting other people and workers know so they be honest and figure out what they did wrong in the kitchen or with workers sick and come clean. I lost 3 days at work. Still recovering 8 days later.

  We went for a birthday dinner. Liza Alejandro was our server. She is the GM but still will wait on guests, Phenomenal! We had a great time, everyone enjoyed the meals drinks and deserts. We will go again. Great job.

  We had an amazing experience at McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood & Steaks thanks to our waiter, Edgar. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, professional, and extremely accommodating. He made sure everything came out on time, checked on us often, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Edgar’s positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with everything. It’s rare to receive service this great, and he definitely made our visit memorable. We’ll absolutely be back and hope to have him again!

  I had an amazing Mother’s Day here. The staff was so kind. Our servers Sandra and Emily were amazing and so attentive. The manager Liza was so friendly and always visible. The facility is inviting and clean. The food was delicious and plated elegantly. As a first time experience I will definitely be back! 10/10!

  We were here to celebrate my birthday. I have always loved the steaks at McCormick & Schmick’s so I was looking forward to the dinner. The food was great as always but for the first time the service was truly terrible. We didn’t get bread even though the server said it was coming. My husband waited for 15 minutes for a second beer that didn’t come until we flagged our server down for the beer. When we asked about the bread our server said someone in the kitchen made a mistake and it would be another 5 minutes. However he seemed to not understand that we could clearly hear and see him giving the table right next to us the bread basket. Yes, that table came in after us. It was just one thing after another and it unfortunately put a damper on what should have been a wonderful dinner. The service can make or break a special dinner.
