I thought about just eating it the way it was but my husband likes extra oil, extra mayo… I couldn’t stomach the thought of eating it like that. I called and let them know and they were so nice about the situation. The person I spoke to gave me several options (refund, remake the sandwich and even offered to drop it off on his way home- that’s seriously above and beyond.) I asked them to remake it and I hopped in the car right away because it was getting close to closing time. They even let us keep the second sandwich- my husband is happy as a clam and will gladly eat the second one. Can’t thank the team there enough for being extra kind and remaking my sandwich. They’re seriously awesome and it made my hectic day (hence why we’re eating so late) a lot less stressful.
